Morgan Shipp Sanderson is a native of Carteret County. She attended The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and graduated in 2012 with a BA of Economics. She has been a full-time Emerald Isle resident since she graduated. She currently works for Movement Mortgage in Emerald Isle as a Loan Officer.
When she is not busy with work or volunteering she enjoys spending time with her
husband and family, days on the water and attending One Harbor Church.
Morgan's current responsibilities as President include planning and directing monthly membership
luncheons, managing the EIBA email account, distributing information to local business owners and
their employees and recruiting volunteers for local events. She also served as a board member of the
Emerald Isle Municipality Initiative and assisted in creating an “action plan” for Emerald Isle.


Carole is a full time resident, Real Estate Broker and small business owner in Emerald Isle.  
She employs more than 40 seasonal staff members in her rental service business in Emerald Isle
which she has owned since 1998.  
When she's not working; she volunteers at her daughters school as well as other community events. 
She is a current board member of the Carteret Community College Foundation, past board
member of the Carteret County Tourism Authority, Emerald Isle St. Patrick's Festival, Pedestrian
and Bike Committee for Emerald Isle as well as many others. 
Carole enjoys spending time with her family, biking and anything water related. 



Olivia Yankosky is a resident of Emerald Isle and has called Carteret County her home since 1994. Olivia attended UNCW and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2010. She is a National Account Manager at Transportation Impact and First Flight Solutions and has been with the organization since January of 2011.
Olivia is the 2015 Secretary for EIBA and her duties involve documenting and finding approval for the minutes, maintaining the membership and any other duties she is requested to oversee. 


Kim Johnson is a native of Carteret County. She has been employed with BB&T for 29 years and is now a Mortgage Loan Officer for the Cedar Point and Emerald Isle Branches. When she is not busy she is spending time with her husband of 31 years and her family. She has two sons and a daughter-in-law. Kim loves being on the water, going fishing, spending time with friends and cooking. Kim's job as treasurer of the Emerald Isle Business Association is to keep track of the money, pay the bills and prepare and maintain the budget.
